I stayed with friends at Posada Marina for a weekend and we loved it. The owners are very nice, friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and immaculate. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. Free parking and Wi-Fi. In summary, great value for money. We strongly recommend it!

We stay a week in suances in the Posada Marina. The Ladies who run the hotel are wonderful, and very friendly, even though their English is limited, we used an app on my tablet to communicate. I would recommend anyone to stay here if you are in the area. It's very clean and comfortable. We loved every minuet we spent in the area.

Lived this place, stayed for 4 nights, Suances was a great place, fab for walks , either down to the beaches or to walk to Torrelavega, along a fabulous estuary, full of many varieties of birds. The Posada was amazing value, staff were great as was the breakfast, everyday they have you a different cake. So lovely. Cannot recommend more. Will return some day. Also the North of Spain was amazing late September to early October, weather for most of our two weeks was fabulous, there was some drizzle from the sea but was expected. Used public transport, buses and trains all fine except that some Alsa buses need to be booked, especially the busy Irun to Santiago. So be aware as you will not get on without ticket. Can't pay driver. Sometimes ticket offices at smaller bus station are not open, so couldn't purchased ticket there. But overall amazing places to see and jeeps of things to do.

Marina super friendly and attentive. Entrance with 6 parking spaces, although you can also leave your car outside at the door. The garden is very well-kept and beautiful, and all the common areas too. The room is simply charming. Everything very clean and pleasant. The continental breakfast was very good. Totally recommended.
